You can easily cancel your subscription in your customer account.


Steps:


1. Log in to your customer account or create a customer account


2. Go to the menu item "Membership" and click on your subscription product.

Here you can now click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom. In the next step, you have the option to postpone your next box by 1, 2 or 3 months. However, if you click on "Cancel", your subscription will be cancelled immediately.



Please note that the cancellation must take place before the 5th of the month in order to prevent receiving the next box (see cancellation period). On or after the 5th of the month, the monthly charge has already taken place, so the next box will still be delivered and the cancellation will be effective after this box.
