You can easily cancel your subscription in your customer account.


Steps:


1. Log into your customer account or create a new account.


2. Go to "Mitgliedschaft / Membership" and click under "Actions" on "Bearbeiten/Edit". On the end of the site you can now click on "Kündigen/Cancel subscription"


 

Please note that the cancellation must take place before the 5th of the month in order to prevent receiving the next box (see cancellation period). On or after the 5th of the month, the monthly charge has already taken place, so the next box will still be delivered and the cancellation will be effective after this box.
