For SEPA payments, your subscription will be activated once we have received the first payment. Accordingly, you can only create a customer account once the first payment has arrived and your subscription has thus been activated.
Please note: A customer account is not automatically created with your order. As soon as your payment is received and your subscription is active, please create an account here with the email address you used to order your subscription.
This way you can flexibly manage your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription before the payment is received, your order will be automatically cancelled.
