So what can you do?

1. You have a friend with curly hair?

Gift the valuable products that your hair doesn't like.

--> One curly's trash is another curly's treasure.

2. Don't give up!

Product combination is a science in itself! Products often all of a sudden work in combination with other products or simply in a lower/higher dose or in another application order.  

So, maybe put the product in your cupboard and give it a 2nd or 3rd try again in a few weeks or experiment again!
